Minimum Requirements
Equipment & Internet
- Windows 10 (home or pro)
- CPU: Core i5 (or similar 4 core CPU)
- RAM: 8GB DDR3 or greater
- Internet: 20mbps download / 5mbps upload
- Must own personal router (No ISP issued routers)
- Internet connection must be hardwired
- 3.5mm headset or USB headset (USB is preferred)
- External USB mouse (if you use a laptop)
- Low or no background noise
- Typing requirement: 40 WPM / 100% accuracy

- Assist end users with Billing and customer service related issues

Some basic networking or IT experience preferred but we will train on the job. If you are a computer person this is a very easy laid back job. If you don’t know a lot about networking that’s okay, we can teach you! On-the-job Training is paid, and we are starting right away!
